Membership dues are: $30.00 per couple
$20.00 Per individual
$5.00 Per student (Student ID required)
$10.00 additional for each petanque player
(required by the FPUSA to pay for insurance)
Dues are payable by December 1st. The FPUSA late fee of $5.00 will apply to all renewal
dues received after January 1st. New membership form is below.
